The Project: Capitol Hill Block Party booked a niche pop act with a single album to her name; by the time the festival came around about a year later, they had a veritable star. After interviewing talent bookers and festival organizers about how Chappell Roan's rise to fame would impact their event (and writing about it for Seattle Met), I photographed the Midwest Princess' set at Capitol Hill Block Party with a sold out crowd.
